This is a junior youth program that utilizes current videos and resources designed to generate Christ-centered discussions and facilitate a comfortable environment to talk about faith and having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Youth are also challenged with biblically based discussions on issues such as peer pressure, making right choices, and healthy relationships and communication. Within this two hour program, approximately 45 minutes is spent on "God Talks" and the other 1 hour and 15 minutes is activity time. Five dedicated youth leaders plan creative activities each week including relays, floor hockey, "blind volleyball", "human fuzzball" and much more - always something new!! Youth also enjoy a treat each evening.

This group partakes in regular off-sites, including; Monthly outings for rock climbing, lazer quest, bowling etc., bi-monthly outings include the Ottawa Athletic Centre for squash, golf range, swimming and tennis. There are two weekend retreats per year (ie. Canada's Wonderland, Various Camps), and various Youth Rallies throughout the year. Youth are also given the opportunity to participate in volunteer outreach activities such as, fundraising for cancer and muscular dystrophy research as well as "Relay for Life".
